As a Senior Industrialization & Manufacturing Engineer, you will drive the transition of Matrix Charging® from engineering prototypes to robust, scalable series-ready manufacturing.
Working closely with Product Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and external manufacturing partners, you will ensure that our electronic, mechanical and electromechanical products are designed for manufacturability, efficiently industrialized and reliably tested.

Was dich erwartet
- Drive industrialization from early product development through prototype and pilot builds to production launch and ramp-up
- Develop manufacturing concepts, process flows and manufacturing specifications
- Drive Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFM/DFA) across engineering disciplines
- Define and industrialize robust manufacturing and assembly processes for PCBAs, cable and connector assemblies, joining, fastening and sealing
- Define critical process parameters, acceptance criteria and suitable process monitoring
- Develop manufacturing test concepts and End-of-Line (EOL) test specifications in coordination with the relevant engineering experts
- Coordinate the development and validation of production equipment, fixtures and test solutions
- Ensure process validation, manufacturing traceability and production readiness
- Contribute to PFMEAs, Control Plans and manufacturing risk assessments
- Support root-cause analysis and the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
- Coordinate industrialization activities with suppliers and external manufacturing partners
Was du mitbringst
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering or a comparable technical field
- Several years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing or production engineering
- Experience with complex electronic, mechanical or electromechanical products
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes as well as DFM/DFA
- Experience with production and EOL testing, process validation, PFMEA and manufacturing quality methods
- Experience working with suppliers or external manufacturing partners
- Experience with PCBAs, cable assemblies, high-voltage or power-electronics products is an advantage
- Structured, hands-on and solution-oriented working style
- Strong ownership and the ability to drive cross-functional topics independently
